Distance Sales Agreement (Sales & Returns)

Buyer (Customer):

The person who places an order on the website by providing their personal details during the purchase process.
 
2. Subject
 
This agreement governs the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the Buyer from the Seller's website, in accordance with consumer protection laws and distance selling regulations.
 
3. Product Information
 
The type, quantity, sales price, payment method, and delivery details of the products ordered by the Buyer are specified on the order confirmation page and are an integral part of this agreement.
 
4. General Terms
 
4.1. The Buyer acknowledges having read and accepted the product’s essential features, price, payment terms, and delivery conditions before confirming the order.
4.2. The Seller agrees to deliver the products as described, complete and defect-free, along with any applicable warranty documents or user manuals.
4.3. If the product is out of stock or in case of force majeure, the Seller may offer a similar product or cancel the order and refund the payment.
4.4. Delivery shall be completed within 30 days unless otherwise stated due to shipping or stock conditions.
4.5. If the product packaging appears damaged at delivery, the Buyer must inspect the item in the presence of the courier and request a damage report. Otherwise, damage claims may not be accepted.
 
5. Right of Withdrawal
 
5.1. The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal without providing any reason within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product.
5.2. To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing and return the product unused, with original packaging and invoice.
5.3. The Buyer must send the product back within 10 days after submitting the withdrawal notice.
5.4. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless otherwise stated.
5.5. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

• Personal care items that have been unsealed (e.g., condoms, lubricants, cotton products)

• Disposable hygiene products

• Perishable or time-sensitive goods

• Customized or personalized items made specifically for the Buyer
   

6. Refund Policy
 
If the right of withdrawal is validly exercised and the product is returned in acceptable condition, the Seller will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method.
 
7. Limitation of Liability
 
7.1. If a defective or incorrect product is delivered, the Seller will offer a refund or replacement.
7.2. The Seller is not responsible for any damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or alteration of the product by the Buyer.
7.3. The Seller is not liable for technical problems, banking/payment gateway issues, or delivery delays caused by third parties or force majeure events.
 
8. Dispute Resolution
 
In case of disputes arising from this agreement, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court located in their place of residence, within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Commerce.
 
9. Effectiveness
 
By confirming the order, the Buyer accepts all terms of this agreement. This agreement enters into force as of the date of the order confirmation.
