Delivery and Return Policy Agreement
 
1. Delivery Terms

 
1.1. All products sold on our platform are delivered exclusively via courier service.
1.2. We do not use postal or cargo companies for any deliveries. By placing an order, the customer accepts this condition.
1.3. Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier schedule and regional availability.
1.4. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, traffic, weather conditions, high demand, or the recipient not being present at the address.
1.5. In such cases, the customer may not demand compensation, discounts, or additional services from the seller.
 
2. Return & Refund Conditions
 
2.1. If delivery cannot be completed or is severely delayed due to courier-related reasons, and the customer chooses not to proceed with the order, a full refund will be issued upon request.
2.2. Refunds will be processed upon written or digital request from the customer.
2.3. Refunds are made within 14 days using the same payment method as the original order.
2.4. If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal after receiving the product, the item must be unused and returned in its original, unopened packaging.
2.5. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for personal or single-use items (e.g., opened packages of intimate products).
 
3. Additional Information
 

  • All delivery details are shared with the customer via SMS, WhatsApp, or email after the order is confirmed.

  • If the customer is not available at the delivery address, the order may be canceled or rescheduled with an additional service fee.
     

4. Acceptance
 
By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this Delivery and Return Policy.
